Meet the people who help lead and support the life of St Mary's. Together they work to nurture our worship, care for our congregation, and ensure the church continues to flourish
as a welcoming international community.
Revd. Jacqueline Williams ("Jacque") joined St Mary's after returning to the Netherlands with her Dutch husband, Rob. Originally from South Africa, she has devoted her life to Christian ministry, serving in churches, theological education, youth ministry, and leadership roles in both South Africa and the Netherlands. She was ordained as a priest in the Anglican Church of Southern Africa and has served several congregations before joining St Mary's.
Jacque is passionate about building welcoming and inclusive Christian communities where people can grow in faith together. She has a particular heart for justice and pastoral care, and is delighted to serve the diverse international congregation of Anglican Church Twente. Outside church life, she enjoys wildlife photography and making homemade jams and preserves.

The Chaplaincy Council works together with the Chaplain to oversee the governance, ministry, and mission of St Mary's. Council members are elected from the congregation and support the church's life through prayer, leadership, and practical decision-making.
Interested in serving on the Chaplaincy Council? We'd be happy to tell you more.
