Dear Readers,
For almost 40 years, the magazine has been a valued part of life at St Mary's, keeping our congregation informed, sharing reflections on faith, celebrating our community, and connecting members across Twente and beyond. What began in 1988 as the ANT Church News evolved into the St Mary's Magazine that so many have faithfully read each month.
This final issue is both a celebration and a heartfelt farewell. It includes a special message from our Chaplain, Revd. Jacqueline Williams, giving thanks for the faithful service of Blair Charles, whose dedication and love for St Mary's have sustained the magazine for more than two decades. Blair also shares a personal reflection on the magazine's history and the remarkable journey that has brought it to this final edition.
While this marks the end of the magazine, it is also the beginning of a new chapter. From August onwards, St Mary's will move to a Monthly Bulletin, produced by a new team to continue sharing church news, upcoming events, and community life in a format that better serves the needs of our chaplaincy today.
We extend our sincere thanks to Blair, Marilyn, Erica, Jeanet, Lub, and everyone who has contributed to the magazine over the years. Their commitment has left a lasting legacy that has enriched the life of our church family for generations.
We hope you enjoy this final edition as we celebrate the past with gratitude and look forward to the future with hope!
